Today in maths, the children began to explore similarities between different objects. They looked carefully at objects and started to notice what was the same and what was different.

The children practiced matching objects that were alike, using features such as colour, shape, size and pattern. 

It was a lovely introduction to developing their observation, matching and early mathematical thinking skills.
