Today in history, our class stepped back into the world of WWI trenches, exploring what life was really like for soldiers who lived, fought, and waited in those cramped, muddy conditions. Pupils reflected on how soldiers might have felt—cold, anxious, scared—and then worked together to build ideas around our class soldier, taking turns and working as a team. After that, everyone produced some truly wonderful independent work, as well as brilliant work alongside adults, reinforcing their learning beautifully. A fantastic effort all round.
