Creative Designers at Work in 3L!
This week in Design Technology, 3L became a team of architects and designers! The challenge was to create either a football stadium inspired by the World Cup venue or a fantastic water park packed with exciting attractions.
Using digital design software, the children planned, designed, and built their creations. They thought carefully about what features would make their stadium or water park exciting, safe, and enjoyable for visitors. Some pupils designed impressive football stadiums complete with seating areas, pitches, and spectator facilities, while others created imaginative water parks featuring slides, pools, splash zones, and relaxation areas.
The children showed fantastic creativity and problem-solving skills throughout the lesson. They experimented with different design ideas, refined their plans, and demonstrated resilience when making improvements to their projects. Most importantly, everyone was fully engaged and thoroughly enjoyed bringing their ideas to life.
We were incredibly impressed by the effort, focus, and imagination shown by all of the learners. Well done, 3L – your designs were outstanding
