Continuing on from welcoming caterpillars into our classroom, we have been learning about the fascinating stages of a caterpillar’s life cycle, including the chrysalis stage. During today’s Attention Autism session, each pupil had the opportunity to stand on a tuff tray while a giant bubble formed around them, creating their very own “bubble chrysalis”! It was a fun and memorable way to bring our learning to life and explore how caterpillars transform before becoming butterflies.
