This afternoon , we enjoyed a fun and messy RISE therapy session. The children explored movement, paint, and creative mark-making using their hands, feet, brushes, and sponges on a large sheet of paper.
We began with sensory regulation activities before dancing, stamping, and clapping together on the paper.

The children then chose their favourite colours and created unique prints and patterns, making lots of exciting marks as they moved around. This activity supported communication, choice-making, sensory exploration, and confidence in being close to others during shared play.

We finished by working together to tidy up and clean our hands and feet. It was wonderful to see the children expressing themselves, exploring new sensations, and having so much fun alongside each other creating colourful artwork!
