Our Life Skills lesson this week was a brilliant dive into the world of construction workers! Pupils enjoying watching as we mixed our own “cement” using sand and shaving foam before exploring the important jobs builders do and the protective clothing they wear; everyone loved trying on the high‑vis jackets and hard hats, and it was wonderful to see pupils working together—sharing, taking turns, following instructions and using their “cement” to build towers as a team, truly getting stuck into the role and gaining fantastic preparation for adulthood through hands‑on teamwork and real‑world learning.
