Today’s lunch session was full of creativity and fantastic flavours as pupils designed and created their very own quesadillas from scratch.

Some pupils took a bold and creative approach, roasting sweet potatoes and combining them with chicken, lettuce, and tomato to create colourful and flavour-packed quesadillas. Others were inspired by international flavours choosing a Chinese Stir fry fusing 2 cultures together. Other pupils preferred to keep things more traditional, choosing classic combinations such as cheese and tuna, proving that simple flavours can still be delicious.

Everyone worked really well in the kitchen, showing great independence and confidence when preparing their ingredients and trying new flavours. It was lovely to see pupils enjoying cooking and taking pride in their creations.
