3H had a brilliant morning in Geography as we revisited our learning about holidays in the UK and abroad, and explored which types of transport are best suited to different destinations. Pupils impressed us with their thoughtful ideas and were especially fascinated by cruise ships — from the incredible activities on board to the amazing places around the world they can take you. After completing some fantastic written work, we headed outside to experience our very own ‘cruise ship tuff tray’. Using tin‑foil cruise ships and their tiny ‘passengers’, pupils worked hard to blow them across the ‘sea’, focusing on concentration, hand‑eye coordination and oral motor skills. It was a fun, lively and engaging way to bring our learning to life. What a wonderful morning, 3H!
