1B showed fantastic progress in their awareness of music, responding more confidently to sounds and rhythms by choosing to dance alongside adults and following action song instructions. The pupils enjoyed appreciating and experiencing music in their own individual ways, engaging with bubbles, instruments and scarves to explore different sounds and movements. Some children even began to label familiar instruments and recognise simple musical vocabulary. It was wonderful to see everyone so engaged, and we had lots of fun in the sun while making music together!
