We had such a fun time in music this week as we travelled back to the 1950s and explored rock ’n’ roll. We looked at how people danced, the fashions they wore, and the music of the decade. Then we put our understanding of the ‘pulse’ of a piece of music into practice by keeping the beat to the song ‘Little Bitty Pretty One’. We showed our knowledge of this by splatting shaving foam onto circles to mark the pulse — it was messy but lots of fun!
