1M’s bakery officially opened its doors today, and the class rose to the occasion with some truly whisk‑tastic cupcake making. We sifted the flour, cracked an egg, and mixed everything together until the batter was looking batter‑than‑ever. After lining the tray with cases, we carefully spooned in the mixture and popped the cakes into the oven to bake the world a butter place.
