Class 3W took part in an engaging PE lesson focused on understanding the importance of regular exercise and how it helps keep their bodies healthy and strong. 3W discussed why warm‑ups prepare their muscles for activity and why cool‑downs are essential for helping their bodies recover afterward. They began with a short, energetic warm‑up to get their hearts pumping before heading outside to try the gym equipment, where they practised using different stations safely and confidently.
