4H learned how to make homemade pancakes this morning. Working in pairs, they whisked milk, eggs and flour together to make a smooth mixture before ladling the mixture into a very hot frying pan. Once cooked, they sprinkled the pancakes with sugar, lemon and syrup. Then came the best part - eating them !
