We’re going on a…Sensory hunt!
In 2R we are looking at Sensory Poems. We have been reminding ourselves of the 5 senses so we went on our very own sensory hunt around the school grounds. We did this by stopping and taking in our surroundings and were all surprised at what we could see, hear, feel, smell and taste. Great job…

A surprise new pupil in 2R!
Today 2R welcomed a new friend to our class! Lucas has been super busy with his mum at home creating a scarecrow, we have enjoyed asking questions on how Lucas made the scarecrow and look forward to designing our own for the forest school on outdoor learning day.

2R have been looking at different story book characters to identify which are good and which are evil. They have worked hard as a group to discuss this and selected different adjectives to describe each of them. Well done everyone.

2R Science
Today 2R have been learning about reversible and irreversible changes in materials. We explored what happens to playdough, ice, chocolate, bread and candles and discussed if the changes can be reversed back to how it was. Well done 2R!
