Alston Observatory

Lego challenge

4B have started their Wednesday by choosing a Lego challenge card & testing themselves as to whether they can complete the challange. We have igloos, sky scrapers, robots and sculptures built from exactly 18 bricks, everyone’s worked really hard!

Halloween activities

4B have been enjoying some Halloween activities and experiments this morning in science. We first made our ghosts fly using water, cornflour & fizzy tablets. We then had a competition to see who could make the biggest spider web using dried spaghetti & marshmallows.
