Halloumi fries
3T have been working hard in cooking this week. We have used our cutting skills to chop halloumi and vegetables to make our very own halloumi fries and salsa dip in the air fryer. We worked as part of a team to complete each step and to then help each other clean up our mess.

Origami
In 3T we have started our new topic in art all about origami. We started to practice the folding skills needed for origami and then had lots of fun creating our own paper planes that we then tested in a flight competition outdoors.

Cheesy kebabs

Artist research
In 3T we have been researching the artist Patrick Dougherty. We browsed a website that had lots of images of his work and lots of facts about his life and art. We found key facts within the text and could copy those onto our worksheet.

3T have been busy working hard on their phonics abilities. They have been listening and watching demonstration videos where they have the opportunity to practice writing and speaking out the letter sounds followed by the whole word.

In English this week 3T have been learning about diagrams used in fiction and non fiction books and how these diagrams can be labelled. In todays lesson we played a silly sentence game and then made diagrams to match the silly sentences with labels attached.
