Our walk to see Blackpool Tower
We walked up a big hill, looking at the sheep and lambs. At the top we could see Blackpool Tower!

Our eco planters
We used newspaper to make our own compostable planters. We filled them with soil before sprinkling lettuce seeds on top.

We loved starting our farm visit by meeting the calves. We learnt about what they eat and drink. But also enjoyed stroking them!

Supertato!
In English, we read the story ‘Supertato’ and watched as our real life Supertato and Evil Pea battled in the supermarket. We then used adjectives to describe the characters and make our own!

We learnt all about how to keep our teeth clean and healthy in PSHE. We then all demonstrated how we brush our teeth!

Fruit faces
In art, we looked at the artist Guiseppe Arcimboldo and the style of portraits he created. We then created our own fruit faces using our class fruit bowl.

We loved improvising with the xylophones in music, some of us recreated popular songs like dance monkey and twinkle twinkle little star.
