Cupcakes!
As part of learning about instructions, we made confetti surprise cupcakes in English. We added ingredients, mixed and spooned the mixture before baking and decorating them. We will then use pictures to write our instructions next week.

Painting our clay pots!
In DT we have painted the clay pots we made last week. We had to make sure our coats were even, to make sure they end up glossy from the kiln!

Fire safety
This morning in 2M we had the luxury of having Lancashire fire service to help the children learn about fire safety. We even tried on some of the uniform!!

3D shape Mr Men
In maths, we have been looking at 3D shapes. We spotted different shapes within the faces, matching them to different Mr Men. Well done everyone!

Mr Silly
We had our very own Mr Silly in assembly. Mr Manford kept splattering himself with pie and then had to have a forfeit of putting his feet in custard! He made us all laugh!

We played ‘Pin the nose on Daisy’. We all turned 3 times before trying to find Daisy’s nose.

Shabbat and Challah
In RE, we explored the Jewish celebration of Shabbat. We listened and watched a Rabbi blessing challah (bread) and then followed Jewish practise of sharing bread around the class.
