DT - Making clay mosaic tiles
In DT we make our individual tiles out of clay. We used slip to make sure the added pieces of clay stuck to the tile. We then pieced them together to make a Roman Mosaic. Next week, we paint!

2A explored all the different sculptures that are installed in different forests around England. They researched their favourite Forestry England art work and they were inspired to create their own art in the PCA forest school.

In DT we have been working with clay. Today we got use to the feel of the clay, warmed it up and used it to make the head for a monster. We can’t wait for next weeks lesson to carry on our scary monsters!
